Michigan
a Caille badge motor

This is a Caille badge motor. This model is pre-1915 as it still has a rudder, although for Caille 1915 was a transitional year with both versions available.

While I do not spot a date printed in this catalog I think it is very highly probable that it is a 1914 catalog as the man who received it also had an enclosed letter that is dated Sept. 1914.

Propellers were called wheels, and the term is still used by some people. This catalog is filled with hardware for inboards, repair parts, and the double page spread on the Michigan Row-boat Motor.
